  • All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations & Methods

  • U.S. Orders: Many of our standard products are stocked in our U.S. warehouse. These orders are shipped domestically, resulting in faster delivery times.
  • International Orders: Products not available in our U.S. warehouse will be shipped directly from our facilities in China.
  • Customers will be notified in their shipping confirmation email regarding the warehouse of origin.

3. Delivery Times

  • From U.S. warehouse: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days within the continental United States.
  • From China warehouse: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as:
  1. Weather conditions
  2. Customs clearance delays
  3. Local courier service disruptions
  4. National holidays

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking numbers are typically sent within 2 business days of purchase.
  • Customers may track their order anytime through our Order Tracking page.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Some products or promotions may include free shipping.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders (outside the U.S.), customs duties or import taxes may apply, depending on the regulations of the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer. VOVODIY is not responsible for delays or costs caused by customs clearance.
