Double-sided film. Remove before processing for cleaner edges.

Laser or scroll saw (recommended: low speed, fine-tooth). After cutting, you can flame-polish or sand edges with fine grit.

Use a step drill at low speed with cooling to reduce cracking and whitening.

Heat with a heat gun or heating plate at 140–160 °C, form to shape, then let cool to room temperature before removing the jig.

Wear eye protection and gloves, work in a ventilated area, and keep heat/cutting operations away from flammables.
